This box contains 50 M8 x 240mm Woodmaster structural timber screws for fixing structural timber components, including multi-ply timber members, engineered timber products and solid sawn timbers.

The wide flange head helps spread load over the timber surface, supporting a tighter connection where greater bearing area is useful. The partial thread allows the upper timber layer to pull firmly into the substrate during installation.

The Type 17 point is designed to reduce screw-in torque and help limit timber splitting, while the Torx 40 recess gives secure bit engagement and reduces cam-out compared with more basic drive types.
