Sandwich Panel Screws for Light & Heavy Steel

For steel purlins and structural sections, our self-drilling composite panel screws combine drilling and fastening in a single operation. TEK 3 options are available for lighter steel sections, while TEK 5 fasteners provide the drill-point geometry required by compatible heavier steel applications. High Thread Composite Panel Screws

The high-thread design is specifically developed for composite panel installation. The upper thread provides engagement at the outer sheet of the panel, helping to achieve a controlled and secure panel fixing without relying on the insulation core for support.

With and Without EPDM Bonded Washers

The range includes mostly screws with EPDM bonded washers, but there are also options that don't include a washer. Use the on-page filter to find your desired type of composite panel screw. Where specified, bonded EPDM sealing washers provide a weather-resistant seal around the fixing penetration, making them suitable for external roofing and cladding applications.
