Delivery & Refunds

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will typically be dispatched the same day and you should receive your order within 2 to 5 working business days depending upon the courier service chosen.

Sometimes you will receive your delivery over the weekend, but weekends are not included in the 'working days' delivery estimate. This could mean you receive your order sooner than expected.

We deliver to England, Wales and the Scottish mainland, for deliveries outside these areas an extra cost may be incurred.

If DPD is used as a delivery service, they will attempt to deliver your goods up to three times at the address stated on the delivery instructions. Should no one be available to receive the goods, they will  be returned to us at a cost of £10.20 including VAT and this will be charged against the customer’s account.

Free Delivery*

Free delivery is for all orders over £50 ex. VAT, (except for tools and accessories), up to a maximum weight of 28kg and only to England, Wales and the Scottish mainland. Free delivery can take up to 5 business days.

Orders over £50 ex. VAT that weigh more than 28kg will be charged a delivery fee, but the charge will be heavily discounted. For example, the delivery charge for an order weighing between 25kg and 35kg that has a value of over £50 ex. VAT will always be less than the delivery charge for an order weighing between 25kg and 30kg that has a value of under £50 ex. VAT.

If you have not paid for delivery and you wish to return your items, the original delivery cost originally incurred by Fixabolt® will be deducted from your refund total when we process your refund.

Tools & Accessories are excluded from free delivery offers due to additional costs incurred by Fixabolt which prevent us from being able to offer this. If you have any questions or think something doesn't look right at checkout, please get in touch via our Live Chat and we'll be happy to help.

Returns & Refunds

At Fixabolt®, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and high-quality products. To ensure fairness and maintain our commitment to excellent service, all purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. This period begins from the day your order is delivered.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned to Fixabolt® within this timeframe in their original, undamaged packaging and in a resalable condition. Please include the original receipt or invoice with your return.

Customers are responsible for return delivery charges. For returned orders valued over £100, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. This helps us cover the costs associated with processing, restocking, and storing items back into our inventory.

Additionally, if your order included free or discounted delivery, a £10 fee will be deducted from the refund to partially cover our initial delivery costs.

As a supplier of specialist items designed for specific purposes, we trust that our customers carefully select the products they need. Therefore, Fixabolt® is unable to cover delivery costs for returns.

Repair kits will be sent out for most ratchet wrenches. High value items may be repaired and returned rather than replaced.
