M6 Coach Screws

M6 coach screws are used in many timber, and occasionally metalwork and masonry, projects. Also known as M6 lag screws, they have a coarse thread and leave their hex head exposed to leave a classic finish and allow for easy removal with a spanner or socket driver.

M6 coach screws have a thread of 6 millimetres and a hex head diameter of 10mm. If you're looking for an 8mm thread diameter, try M8 coach screws. Drilling a pilot hole before use is recommended.
