Every time you shop with us, you earn 5 points for every £1 spent, as a 'thank you' for choosing Fixabolt, and you will also earn 30 points just for opening your rewards account.
In this guide, we'll explain how Fixabolt Rewards works, how to redeem personalised rewards and discounts, and how to claim any points you have already earned with us!

At Fixabolt, we already offer some of the best value on stainless steel nuts and bolts, but you can trade your points for personalised discount codes that stack on top of existing quantity discounts!

- Trade 550 points for 5% off
- Trade 300 points for 3% off
How Does it Work?
Earning points and redeeming your chosen rewards is easy. Everything you need is inside our rewards app which you can access from any page on our site, whether you are on our homepage, a category page, product page, or blog post.
To find the rewards section, click the Rewards button at the bottom left of your screen.
Everything you need, including seeing how many points you have and trading your points for discount codes, is done here.
All you need to do to redeem your rewards is place an order using the email address that you used to sign up to Fixabolt Rewards.
Get Started:
Click on Rewards icon at the bottom left of your screen from any page (opposite the live chat button).
Click "Join Fixabolt loyalty program" and sign up.
When you log in, open the Rewards widget again and you will see your points total, as well as all your options.
Next, we'll talk about how to trade your points for your desired reward.
Claim Your Rewards:
Redeeming your rewards is easy! Just click "How to Redeem Points" in the rewards widget, then choose your desired coupon.
Then, either click "Apply coupon now" to get your discount automatically applied at checkout, or copy your coupon and paste it in the discount code box manually.
When you get to the checkout, you will see your discount underneath the cart total.
It's as easy as that!

Unlock Your Points
Did you know that if you've already ordered with us, you could already be on your way to earning fantastic rewards?
If you've placed an order since 01/07/23, you may have already earned points on your account!
To claim them, simply sign up in the Rewards app using the email address that you used when making a previous order and you will automatically see your points in your account.
Please note: Due to Fixabolt Rewards rewarding points in the background before it was officially launched on 01/09/23, you may have fewer points that you were expecting this time.
If you think that some points are missing from your account, let us know and we will check your account and add any that you are missing, even though you didn't know you were earning them!
